The rules of etiquette that you must follow in the gym

There is nothing like getting to the gym, either very early in the morning or after a long day at work, and turning all the stress and tension of the day into positive energy.
But there is also nothing like getting to this, your third space between work and home, and you come across some of these unpleasant phenomena.
Here's our healed list on the label at the gym. Because just as at the table you do not have to eat with your mouth open, in the gym you do not have to leave the seat drenched in mysterious sweat. That easy!
DO NOT: Space invaders
Those people who decide to get to run right next to you when there are about 132 treadmills available around you. Or in group classes, the girl who accommodates just 15 cm from you or completely covering the mirror. Super bad taste...
DO: Those who carry personal towels
We all sweat in the gym. It is perfectly natural and is, for the most part, the reason why we are there. But it is extremely unpleasant to find yourself sweating on the machines, on the floor or the handles of the treadmill. Let's be responsible!
DO NOT: Men Linkers
We are in the gym, we are drenched in sweat, we are hot, and we probably smell a little bad (oops!) And no, definitely not the time to invite us to dinner.
DO: People who come to help you
Either because you cannot move a dumbbell, you do not understand how the device works or it's just your first day and you feel lost in this jungle of machines. THANK YOU!

DO NOT: The male groans
Is seriously? It sounds as if the gentleman was about to give birth! It does not impress us and much less attracts us. Please avoid.
DO: The kind girl who lends you a hair band
There are good and admirable people and the girls are warned. Thank you on behalf of all the forgetful ones!
DO NOT: The girl who monopolizes all the space in the dressing room
You cannot use the shower, bathroom, mirror and bench at the same time. The world would be a better place if we all become aware of the needs of others and we are efficient over time. #Yes you can
DO: The right clothes to exercise
We agree that clothing to go to the gym should be flexible and attached to the body. But something is wrong if your outfit looks more bikini or Halloween costume than clothes to train or, failing that, if the man forgets to put something under his loose shorts. End of the statement.
